Many participants return for future trips and often describe the friendships formed onboard as one of the highlights of the entire experience.
The Experience
The Experience
This is not a typical CME conference — it's a week of adventure, exploration, learning, and connection in one of the most beautiful sailing destinations in the world.
For six unforgettable nights, you'll call a luxury liveaboard boat home as you sail through the turquoise waters of the British Virgin Islands. Your days will be filled with diving, snorkeling, island exploration, paddleboarding, sailing, beach time, incredible food, and meaningful conversations with a group of adventurous people who quickly feel more like friends than fellow travelers. Every day brings a new island, a new experience, and another reminder that CME can be far more exciting than a hotel ballroom.
A Floating Caribbean Paradise
One of the most surprising parts of this trip is how quickly the boat becomes home. The All Star Cuan Law was designed for comfort, relaxation, and exploration, offering spacious common areas, excellent service, delicious meals, and breathtaking views in every direction. You'll wake up surrounded by crystal-clear water, and spend your days exploring the best of the BVI.
Learn Where It Counts
Wilderness medicine education is woven naturally into the journey. Wild Med Adventures faculty deliver hands-on, practical CME sessions focused on real injuries and real decision-making — taught in the same environments where these skills matter most.
The Flow of Each Day
Wake up in a beautiful new anchorage somewhere in the British Virgin Islands
Dive, snorkel, paddleboard, sail, explore beaches, or relax on deck
Visit famous wrecks, reefs, islands, and hidden coves throughout the BVI
Enjoy exceptional meals, great company, and island hospitality
Participate in engaging evening CME sessions focused on diving and tropical medicine
This balance of adventure, relaxation, and education is what makes the experience so special. You'll have plenty of time to explore and enjoy the islands while still earning meaningful CME in a setting that naturally reinforces the lessons being taught.
What You’ll Take Home
Yes, you’ll earn CME credits — but more importantly, you’ll leave having:
Greater confidence managing tropical, wilderness, and dive-related medical emergencies
New friendships with adventurous healthcare professionals and travelers
Incredible memories from some of the Caribbean's most beautiful islands and dive sites
Experiences exploring reefs, wrecks, beaches, and hidden coves throughout the BVI
A renewed appreciation for adventure, travel, and lifelong learning
This is the kind of trip people come back from saying:
“When can we do the next one?”
